Responsibilities:
• Reservations and ticketing enquires for travel agents, corporate clients, Emirates
passengers and call centre staff. Head office ticket desk (assisting passengers with queries
and ticketing issues.)
• Assisting the customer service counter Melbourne airport when required (especially
during delayed flights or with re routed flights.)
• Handling of special cases (unaccompanied minors , medical conditions,
wheelchair requests etc) including liaising with immigration, federal police and
medical teams (MEDIF)
• Performing pre-flight and post-flight activities.
• Performing pre-flight and post-flight activities.
• Assisted in organising the objectives and competencies for the team’s performance
matters.
• Implemented and created the Melbourne ticketing manual.
• Assisted producing the Emirates booking procedures manual for the Melbourne service
centre and in training new staff.
• Assisted at corporate, sales functions and trade shows
