About the role:
 
You will be working in a client facing role, taking briefs and understanding the client's needs. You will then analyse data and strategise. You will be advising on CRM, and how to acquire, cross sell, up sell, retain and create advocates of a product, service or brand.
You will be supported by a team of experts and get involved with some of Australia's top clients. This is a career changer and an opportunity not to be missed. You will be challenged at work, making each and every day fun and exciting.
 
To be successful:
 
1-2 years of analytics or research
Experience in an online or digital agency will help
Knowledge of Google Analytics or Omniture
A passion for marketing
Interest in CRM
A degree would help
